Do you provide International delivery?

Since there is a pandemic, we are not doing international shipping at this time.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your order. Why would you want to anyway? The shortest horror story ever is “a sold out item”.

 

What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you've asked all questions.

How do I track my order?

 

Within 24hours of shipping, customer will be emailed tracking information. You'll be able to track your order via USPS.com. DUE TO COVID-19 YOU MAY EXPERIENCE SHIPPING DELAYS. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

What are your shipping options?

All shipping is done VIA USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping.

Overnight or Express Delivery is available, please contact Dainty By Dallas PRIOR to ordering to arrange for special shipping pricing and to check availability.
